Somewhere Over the Pacific centers around the private life and disappearance of Amelia Earhart on July 2nd, 1937. Not only did she forever lose signal with planet Earth, but she was also mysteriously zapped into her deepest Sapphic dream, a planet called DykeinLand.

About the Performer:
Sabrín Diehl

Sabrín Diehl is an actor, improviser, comedian, performance artist, and proud gender-fluid Lesbian Latina from Miama. They went to New World School of the Arts where they received conservatory acting training. They have also received training from the Guthrie Theatre and The Margolis Method. During their time in Minneapolis, they have performed with theaters such as The Guthrie Theater, Mixed Blood Theater, Penumbra theater, HUGE Theater, Pangea World Theater, and many more!

Emma Lai is a director and producer from Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is passionate abojut satirical work, race-centered work, new work, and musical theatre. She is currently working at Two River Theater in Red Bank, New Jersey as their Artistic Assistant. She also currently serves as our Artistic Director here at Picnic Basket Theatre. (Emmaylai.com)
